Description:The "Eureka" lemon tree (Citrus limon "Eureka") is an evergreen that produces pink-fleshed lemons all year. Young lemons' exteriors are yellow with green streaks and mature to a pale yellow when ready for harvest. New growth on the tree is a bronzed purple color while mature leaves are an apple green.
